Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
At The Lash Institution, we only offer refunds or returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened Products: This includes cosmetics, adhesives, and adhesive removers.
- Damaged Upon Delivery: Items that arrive damaged.
- Incorrect Items:If you receive a product that differs from your order.
Refunds and exchanges are strictly for faulty items. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference. Opened training kits are also non-returnable.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. If your product arrives damaged, please provide photos and email them to contact@thelashinstitution.com
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding its status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Order Cancellations
The following conditions apply to order cancellations:
- Orders may be canceled as long as the items have not yet shipped.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied for canceled packaged orders.
- If the items have not been packaged, cancellations can be made at no charge.
Damaged/Missing Goods
If you receive damaged or faulty items, please contact us at contact@thelashinstitution.com within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the issue along with your invoice. Damaged goods must be returned to The Lash Institution within 48 hours of your notification, and they must be in their original packaging and unopened. We will inform you within 3 days regarding your replacement or refund.
For missing items, please check with your courier using your tracking number. Orders may arrive in separate packages, so keep your tracking information handy. If you discover missing items after receiving your order, please contact contact@thelashinstitution.com immediately with your order number. We cannot replace missing items if you do not notify us within 72 hours.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for that item. Please remember that postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Clearance & Sale Products
All sale and clearance items (including those purchased with discount codes) are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or credit notes will be issued for these products. Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
