Orders over $200 within Australia qualify for free standard shipping.
New Zealand Shipping
- Standard: 5-8 Days (Posted within 5 Days)
- Express: 1-7 Days (Posted within 3 Days)
Orders over $250 within New Zealand qualify for free standard shipping.
While we strive to pack and dispatch your order within one day, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are not liable for any losses incurred due to delays. If you encounter any issues with delivery after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact the courier's customer service, as we are not responsible for orders once they are dispatched.
The delivery time of your order depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please double-check your shipping option before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be made after submission. If you need to cancel an order, a refund will be processed, but please note this can take up to 10 business days. If you would like to pay the difference in shipping fees, please contact us via email; this can only be processed through PayPal.
For pickup, please wait until you receive a notification email or text. We will confirm the closest available time for pickup based on dispatch and delivery schedules. You will need to provide your name, email, and ID at pickup. While we aim to have your order ready the same day, we cannot guarantee this; packing typically takes 2-8 hours but may extend up to 48 hours.
